This European-Style option exercises into the underlying Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) CO2  Allowance contract

Price Quotation:
U.S. dollars and cents per allowance

Strike Price Intervals:
Five (5) strike prices in increments of $0.50 per allowance above and below the at-the-money strike price

Minimum Tick
$0.01 per allowance

Trading Hours (All times are New York time) :
Open outcry trading is conducted from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Off-Exchange transactions can be submitted solely for clearing to the NYMEX ClearPort® clearing website as EOO transactions until 5:15 PM, Monday through Friday, and the day preceding a holiday.

Trading Months:
December 2009

Termination of Trading:
The option will expire three (3) business days prior to the expiration of the underlying Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) CO2 Allowance Futures Contract.
